USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

John Ramirez Real Estate Photography (subsequently referred to as “I”) collect and use your personal information only to the extent that is necessary to operate and deliver the services that you have requested.  I may use your information to contact you about your experience to collect customer feedback or to inform you about any changes to my policies, pricing or special holiday sales (but NOT to send you frequent spam advertising).

SHARING INFORMATION WITH THIRD PARTIES

I do NOT sell, rent or lease any customer lists to third parties.  The only disclosure of your personal information, without notice, would be only if required to do so by law.  Information is shared with third parties Pixieset Media, Inc and Stripe, Inc, to the extent that these service providers are necessary to conduct certain business functions such as digital image delivery, marketing, payment collection and as may be required by law.

TRACKING OF CUSTOMER WEBSITE USAGE

I do NOT keep track of how customers use my website nor have the ability to track any such clicks. The website is a 3rd party service provider used by photographers called Pixieset Media, Inc.  It is an all-in-one platform for photo delivery, print sales, website needs, invoicing, questionnaires and payment collection needs that allow modern photographers to function.  For more details about what information Pixieset tracks or how personal information is being stored, please see visit their privacy page via this website link: https://pixieset.com/privacy/

PAYMENT RECORDS

I do NOT keep nor have access to personal credit card information.  The Pixieset platform is where 99% of the image delivery process takes place.  The platform retains basic order information to allow me know if and when an order was successfully fulfilled.  Customer information such as name, billing address, phone number and email address is identified in the “store” order details page.

Payment collection is integrated in the Pixieset website and facilitated through a business account with Stripe, Inc which is a worldwide payment services provider that allows businesses of all sizes accept credit and debit cards or other payments.  Large companies like Amazon, Instacart, Lyft, Shopify, Google, Wayfair and many others are examples of companies that use the Stripe platform.  In order to process a refund request, the Stripe payment platform makes it possible for me to identify the order number, payment method and the last 4 digits (i.e. Visa 1234) as standard on any store receipt and request a refund to the original form of payment.  If you want to learn more about how your data is protected, please visit the Stripe privacy via this website link: https://stripe.com/privacy
